Dear Ivana: You are definitely not alone! FormDecor receives requests every week to sponsor different events. By all means, feel free to send your request! Of course, FormDecor is not able to contribute to every project, but we know that our donated product and services can go a long way toward raising money for charity or building better relationships within our industry or community. FormDecor strives to make a positive (and stylish!) contribution whenever possible. Here are a few guidelines to assist you if you contact FormDecor for sponsor support.

1) Submit your sponsorship request in writing via email to info@formdecor.com. This facilitates the timely review of your request.

2) Are there any advertising or networking benefits being offered to sponsors? Make sure these are clearly stated in your email request.

3) Does your organization have a budget to cover FormDecor’s actual costs? Though a full sponsorship may not be possible, your organization may qualify for a significant rental discount.

4) Charitable organizations that benefit disadvantaged children or the arts are often favored by FormDecor.

5) Industry or community events that allow FormDecor to showcase directly to potential clients receive more consideration. ROI is always a factor in any successful business collaboration.

6) Does your event allow FormDecor to create a distinct branded area with sponsor signage? Opportunities that allow FormDecor to distinguish itself from other vendors are given preference.

7) Have you allowed sufficient time to plan your event? Last-minute requests are often more difficult to accommodate.

We will feature your event on the FormDecor blog… then you can easily link it to your own or even Tweet about the mention. Same for showcasing your event in our bi-monthly eNEWS – what a great way to showcase your talent!!!

We like to see detail shots as well as photos that show the whole lounge area you created with rentals from FormDecor.
